Maintaining a landscape is more complex than it seems, but Dario Landscaping provides quality services to ensure your property is well taken care of. We would like to explain what our landscaping maintenance services includes:
- Mowing/Edging: Dario Landscaping will assess and analyze what lawn grass type you have and proceed with the proper mowing height. Likewise, they will carefully edge the grass, making for a cleaner look and better eye appeal.
- Blowing: Dario Landscaping’s staff will blow the property before leaving; they will clean your property to the best of their ability, treating your home as if it were their own!
- Irrigation Repairs: Dario Landscaping will fix any sprinkler heads, bodies, irrigation lines, etc., that present themselves during the landscape maintenance. They must be reimbursed for the parts they use for the repairs.
- Hedging: Dario Landscaping will hedge any small bushes or small trees on the property. If there are large hedges, they will hedge as far as they can reach (without a ladder). Pruning of small plants/bushes, such as roses and boxwood, will be included with the maintenance.
Dario Landscaping will go above and beyond in its maintenance of your property, but certain services are not included. The following services are not included in the landscape maintenance:
- Landscaping-related projects: Any landscaping projects, such as sod or artificial turf installation, will need to be charged separately from the monthly landscaping maintenance price. If the job is relatively small, such as planting two Lantana plants, you will not be charged, and it will be done during a landscape maintenance visit!
